The medical treatment contract is concluded directly between the medical institution and the patient. All responsibility for medical results, treatment effectiveness, complications, unforeseen events, medical accidents, etc., rests with the medical institution.

We are responsible only within the scope of our non-medical business operations and will not be involved in disputes or damages arising from medical treatment.
