- Our Business Role
As a non-medical business that does not perform any medical procedures, we act as an intermediary between international patients and medical institutions, fulfilling the following roles:
- Coordination, liaison, and administrative support limited to non-medical fields

- Acceptance support based on the medical institution’s operational policy
We are not involved in any medical judgments or procedures, such as diagnosis, treatment, the need for testing, treatment plans, or prognosis. We comply with the Medical Practitioners Act, Medical Care Act, Personal Information Protection Act, and related guidelines, and do not perform any procedures that could be deemed medical procedures.
- Basic Policy (Compliance and Responsibility)
(1) Respect for the Expertise and Independence of Medical Institutions
The formulation and changes of medical treatment content, treatment policies, testing, and treatment plans are all left to the professional and independent judgment of the medical institution. We do not provide medical evaluations, advice, guidance, or alternatives.
(2) Medical Treatment Contract and Medical Liability
The medical treatment contract is concluded directly between the medical institution and the patient. All responsibility for medical results, treatment effectiveness, complications, unforeseen events, medical accidents, etc., rests with the medical institution.
(3) Scope of Our Responsibility
We are responsible only within the scope of our non-medical business operations and will not be involved in disputes or damages arising from medical treatment.
